Our theoretical foundation for our work as trainers, consultants, and coaches
What characterizes our approach to our work and what we also convey to our participants: We use intervention techniques from a wide variety of consulting schools: from Gestalt psychology to hypno-systemic approaches. The prerequisite is that the methods are empirically or scientifically verifiable, effective, and compatible with basic ethical assumptions (see, among others, the ICF and DBVC codes of ethics). We are committed to presenting our methods transparently in our work processes (cf. "Product Information," Gunther Schmidt, 2024) and encourage our partners in our collaboration to take responsibility for themselves and their personal development and decisions. Each system shapes itself in a unique way, and our task is to connect (pacing) in an appreciative manner so that people develop autonomous and appropriate courses of action that serve their goals.
