Working systemically and combining this approach with theories and findings from occupational and organizational psychology, neuroscience, and group dynamics offers a wealth of perspectives and enables us to offer a wide range of interventions for change processes, team coaching, and management training. These interventions are technically sound as well as theoretically grounded. Interventions can also be light-hearted and fun, they do not have to be free of contradictions and conflicts, and thus do justice to our complex world in the best possible way.
We primarily associate "systemic intervention" with a focus on resources and solutions: people and systems always act sensibly and logically from their point of view. That is why we look for the "useful in the bad" and the "difficult in the good." We explore the usefulness of patterns (in the system) and possible applications, rather than primarily looking for dysfunctions We allow ourselves to be fascinated by shortcomings and deficits. We focus on resources in systems, on "more of what works" and the smallest patterns and signals of success. These perspectives flow into our concepts, solutions, and interventions.
