Transforming, rethinking, relearning
Transformation is here to stay: complexity, artificial intelligence, uncertainty – we are at an essential turning point in time. Many companies are facing the challenge of reinventing themselves, because ...
- strategic certainties about how markets work no longer apply.
- a linear narrative of progress can no longer be taken for granted.
- the simultaneity of acute crises shows that predictability and control options have reached their limits.
Positioning oneself for the future in this environment and remaining capable of acting and effective requires a considerable amount of rethinking, relearning, and transformation.
AI and transformation
We use AI as a supporting tool in all these development and change processes, in particular to achieve gains in effectiveness and efficiency. At the same time, it is important to be aware that the supposed objectivity of the algorithm, which appears to offer clear answers, also is potentially dangerous. This is because AI fails when faced with ambiguity and paradox. It suggests that people no longer need to think or reflect. This closes off creative, future-oriented spaces for possibility and development: the effectiveness of human performance is still needed precisely here: where analytical methods reach their limits, where there are no known and trusted connections, where there are no prototypical precedents for correct action. Humans must have "data literacy" and use AI in a targeted manner: "Human in Control" & "Human in the Loop" as prevailing principles.
PEOPLE and CULTURE issues are too complex to be left solely to AI technologies or gut feeling.
Scientific findings and profound experiential knowledge as the basis for a successful transformation process
In order to advance the cultural and organizational development processes we are privileged to accompany, we combine our profound experiential knowledge in the field of transformation with scientific findings from occupational and organizational psychology, systems theory, and the targeted use of AI. In this way, we open innovative spaces for development and change.
Together with our clients, we ensure that self-development and self-efficacy can unfold. Our hypno-systemic approaches are effective because they address other, more sustainable and effective levels of our understanding and experience.
