Large group formats

Large group formats are highly effective building blocks in change processes: We love to ignite the fire of inspiration and motivation for change in large groups. We have carried out a wide variety of formats for this purpose, with between 80 and 800 employees, which have provided inspiring and lasting impetus. Using exercises such as the Growth Mindset Challenge, playing hypotheses to create spaces for reflection and metaphor work. In this way, we make the future present tangible and prepare the ground for identification, action orientation and sustainability.
