CuBe: The hypno-systemic training for coaching in individual settings and consulting in teams
Whether HR professional, consultant, project manager or executive: coaching skills are enormously helpful for all people who accompany, lead and develop others professionally – for example to develop individual potential, leave unwanted patterns of behavior behind, break through difficult developments and master challenging conversations or situations. Coaching tools serve to strengthen self-efficacy and build motivation – both in one-on-one and team settings.
In our view, developing as a coach involves both dealing with theoretical principles and learning professional techniques and methods.
The quality of a coach is reflected above all in the attitude with which the methods are used: It requires highly focused presence and attention for the coachee as well as a basic dialogical attitude that is characterized by openness, unbiased curiosity and unconditional appreciation. It is scientifically proven that the coach-client relationship is one of the most important factors for the success of a coaching process: it is crucial that the client feels that he/she is in good hands, experiences confidentiality and knows that he/she is accepted. Reflecting on your own personality and working methods as a coach is therefore an integral part of our training.
