Training Programs

What our CuBe curriculum offers you
  • Individuality & personal development: consistent and continuous support from an experienced teaching trainer (Dipl.-Psych. Anna Dollinger, MCC) & an experienced co-trainer (Dipl.-Psych. Katharina Fehse). This enables an individual approach to the participants and systematic work on the further development and effectiveness of their own professionalism and personality.
  • Scientific: Coaching methods are taught that are both scientifically sound (the latest findings in work, organizational and neuropsychology) and tried and tested in practice; this strengthens our standing as coaches.
  • Practical relevance: We start implementing what we have learned and coaching as early as the first module. The ongoing application of what we have learned with subsequent inter- or supervision ensures the development of our own coaching skills.
  • Transfer experience: Working on their own coaching issues throughout the training promotes confidence in the application of coaching methods; participants experience "first-hand" how an intervention can and cannot have a positive effect.
  • Professionalism: Demo coaching sessions by trainers show the demands placed on professional coaching and how individual coaching styles can be developed at the same time. By working with the ICF core competencies, we align ourselves with international coaching standards and create a common understanding of professional attitudes and effectiveness in coaching.
  • Diversity of methods: In addition to the fundamentals of systems theory, we work with solution-oriented concepts (according to Steve de Shazer) and Gestalt psychology approaches; the diversity of theoretical perspectives enables us to respond flexibly and specifically to the individuality of clients and their concerns.
  • Influencing involuntary patterns: We work with specific competence- and resource-activating methods (according to Milton Erickson/Gunther Schmidt) that allow us to influence involuntary processes. These principles are used to integrate cognitive as well as mental and physical processes into our work as coaches, thus enabling highly effective and sustainable developments for our clients.
  • Online coaching: In two online sessions, participants experience how online coaching differs from face-to-face coaching and which aspects should be taken into account in order to generate online effectiveness - online coaching is a matter of course in everyday business life.
  • Super- and intervision: There is the opportunity to meet with the "peer group" in the offices of noesis. Participants learn to understand team processes by observing and reflecting on the development of their own learning group. From the second module onwards, participants can contribute their own coaching experience and be supervised. This strengthens development as a coach and field competence.
  • Recognized certificates in a business context: After successful completion, participants can be accredited directly as "Associate Coaches" by the DBVC. Alternatively or additionally, it is possible to complete mentor coaching and a performance evaluation parallel to the CuBe training. As CuBe is accredited by the ICF as Level 2 coaching training, these mentor coaching sessions and the performance evaluation specifically prepare you for the ICF's Level 2 certification (PCC).
