"Systemic Interventions" Webinar Series in Collaboration with managerSeminare
Systemic interventions have proven highly effective in training, consulting, and coaching. They help reflect on and shape communication and behavior patterns, initiate development, and open new options for collaboration. This webinar series focuses on theories and methods based on a systemic approach, expanded with hypnosystemic interventions—drawing on the work of Dr. Gunther Schmidt and built on Milton Erickson's foundations. The approach emphasizes attention-directing, competence-activating, and embodiment-oriented methods. The goal is to help people regain access to their own competencies when experiencing limitations, reactivate existing resources, and open new possibilities for experience and action.

"Systemic Interventions for Team Coaching" is our second joint online webinar series with managerSeminare. In 120-minute webinars, we address topics that can be addressed through systemic interventions. Each session covers the theory and presents two interventions or methods.
